  • Our Delivery Partners (Startrack & Toll Ipec)

    We ship with either Startrack, Toll Ipec or Auspost. All PO Box orders will be sent with AusPost.

    Large items will be sent with Toll Ipec.

    Small items will be sent with Startrack, usually delivered next day.

  • PO Box Deliveries

    We allow PO Box Deliveries, however please be aware that AusPost are the slowest of our delivery networks, so delivery may take 1-2 days extra.
  • What If I'm Not Home For Delivery?

    Our couriers will either leave your parcel in a safe place or they will leave a parcel note with details to arrange redelivery. They will deliver during business hours.

    We recommend getting your package sent to a work address if nobody will be home, that way you will receive it during business hours.

  • Calculate Shipping Cost

    We have flat rate Australia wide shipping costs. The shipping costs for products are listed on the Shipping Rates Page

    Multiple Items:- Simply enter the items into the shopping cart. You will then see a box at the bottom “Estimate Shipping” Go ahead and enter your postcode to find out the exact shipping cost.

  • International Orders

    Unfortunately our website only allows orders within Australia. We can ship overseas, but you will need to contact us to arrange.
  • Can I Pickup My Order

    Sorry we don't allow for pickup from our warehouse. If you desperately need your product, please contact us and we may be able to arrange express shipping.

Paypal
We offer paypal payment through our website. After placing your order with us, you will be directed to the paypal website to make payment.

Please note - You can use paypal with or without a paypal account. paypal offers the option to pay simply with credit card. For more information visit our Ordering Page

Credit Card
We accept visa and mastercard payment through our secure payment system. Our payment system is protected by SSL encryption.

Pay with credit card and your order will be processed immediately. There are no surcharges on credit card payments.

Can I use different details for payment and delivery?
Yes. At the final payment page you will see a checkbox thats says “ship to the same address”. Uncheck this box and add the shipping address.

Delivery Times
The total delivery time for your order includes the processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time: All order placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are Dispatched same day. Your processing time is the time between when you place your order and when your order is despatched by us.

If you order over the weekend, your order will be despatched at 3pm on Monday.

Shipping Time: is the time taken from when your order leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you! Shipping times to all states are listed below.

NSW Sydney: 1-2 Day
NSW Country: 1-4 Days
VIC Melbourne: 1 Day
VIC Country: 1-3 Days
ACT Canberra: 2-3 Days
ACT Country: 2-3 Days
QLD Brisbane: 1-3 Days
QLD Northern: 1-5 Days
SA Adelaide: 1 Day
SA Country: 1-2 Days
WA Perth: 3-5 Days
WA Country: 3-7 Days
TAS: 2-5 Days
NT: 1-5 Days

Warehouses: located in Adelaide and Sydney.

Smaller items: will arrive in 1-2 days with Startrack
Larger items: will arrive in 1-6 days with Toll Ipec depending on your location.

THE RETURN PROCESS - 4 EASY STEPS

I’ve changed my mind, can I return my product?
Yes, we allow this. Most companies wont allow this, but we are happy to provide this cooling off period. As long as the product is in brand new condition and hasn't been opened or used, we will allow you to return it. Please note that all returns are for the product only and don't include the shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.


My product is damaged or not working properly. What do I do?
Sometimes the product you receive may have been damaged in transit or is not working properly. This is covered under our 30 day warranty. Firstly please contact us, our support team may be able to help get your product working properly. If not, we will either repair the unit or send you a brand new one.


I want to cancel my order. Can I cancel it?
As long as the product has not been sent, we can cancel it and refund your money. Please contact us asap if you wish to cancel. If the item has been sent from our warehouse, please wait for the item to arrive, then we can organise a return.


Full 30 Day Warranty
All of our products are covered by a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace any faulty items. The warranty does not cover against crash related damage.

If you are giving a product as a gift, the warranty will begin from the day the present is opened. For example - for all Christmas orders, the 30 day warranty will begin on Christmas Day. Please leave a note in the comments section of the checkout with the date it will be given as a present


If you need to return a product, here's how to do it:

1. First, contact our support team so that we can assess your returns claim.

2. If a return is applicable, a unique Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued to you.

3. Our support team will give you all the details you require to complete the return.

4. Once an RMA number is issued, customers have 14 days to return the product back to our office. We will take care of the rest.

Any items returned to our office without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed. Please ensure you contact our support team and get issued an RMA number before returning an item.

    In order to lodge a return, please contact our staff. They will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). You will then be given all the details required to complete the return.
