Returns Policy

1. Buyer is responsible for the both the return and resend shipping and handling costs in all cases.

2. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, no exceptions

3. When a refund is authorised by, the refund with be processed through the original payment method.

4. Postal damage must be reported with 24hr receipt of receiving the item. Photographic evidence is required for a return authorisation.

5. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item, no exceptions.

6. If customer wishes to return a defect item, please email and obtain a returns claim form. Sufficient video evidence must be included with the application in order for us to see what how the boat is behaving. No exceptions. We have experienced far too many returns of 100% working boats in the case of customer not understanding how to operate the boat.

7. All items must be pre-approved before being returned. Items without pre-approval will not be accepted.

8. Item must be packaged and wrapped in original box with all original item in a resellable condition.

9. Upon return, item will be inspected thoroughly by one of our technicians. At our sole discretion, if item is deemed to have suffered crash damage or trauma of any form, item will not be replaced and will be shipped back to the customer at customers expense. We do not cover against crash damage or trauma.

10. All items must be operated in suitable conditions and operated in an appropriate manner. Boats which have suffered damage due to misuse will not be eligible for a return/exchange.

11. All eligible defect returns will either be fixed, replaced or customer will be issued with store credit if item is not in stock.

12. Cash refunds are accepted and subject to a 20% restocking fee. This applies to both defect items and working items. Additional restocking fee may be charged at our discretion depending on the condition of the item including the box.
